    ((-3)) + ((-5)) = -8
    ((+3)) + ((+5)) = +8
    Add the absolute values of the numbers.
    The result gets the common sign.
    - Rule for different signs
    ((-8)) + ((+5)) = -3
    ((-6)) + ((+9)) = +3
    Subtract the absolute values of the numbers.
    The result gets the sign of the larger absolute value.
